Our Return Policy

At Equiper LLC, we aim to provide prompt and efficient support should a return be necessary. Please review the following return guidelines carefully.

General Return Conditions

  • All returns must receive prior approval and be shipped to the address provided by Equiper LLC.

  • Non-defective items must be unused, returned in their original condition, and sent back within 7 – 90 days of purchase depending on your location.

  • Customers who received White Glove Service may request to keep the original box.

  • Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

  • All returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Orders canceled after shipment may incur applicable fees.

Return Authorization

A valid Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. To obtain one, please contact Equiper LLC before sending any products back.

Shipping Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the original delivery and the return shipment to our warehouse.

  • White Glove and other labor-related service fees are non-refundable.

  • Proper loading and any necessary packing materials are the customer’s responsibility.

Re-stocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returned scooters.

  • Most other returned products are subject to a 17% restocking fee.

  • Deductions will be made for any damages or missing accessories based on retail value.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, credits will be issued within 2 business days, provided all return conditions are met. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

Ineligible Items

Custom-built products, special orders, Bath & Safety items, and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note that while Equiper LLC strives to keep images and product information up to date, manufacturers may make updates without immediate website changes. Minor variations in specifications or features are not valid reasons for return.

Pride Lift Chair Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all Special Orders and Builder chairs, including models with Heat and Massage options.

  • No fee if canceled within 24 hours.

  • $50 cancellation fee if canceled within 48 hours.

  • 25% fee applicable after 48 hours.

  • No returns or cancellations accepted on or after the shipping date.
